Andrea Bursten has Argentinean ancestry. She's a widower because of her husband's death, Argentinean businessman and writer Federico Ribero. He passed in June 2013. The businessman was diagnosed as having lung cancer in the month of the month of May in 2011. He has been deteriorating since then and eventually passed away from the illness. Federico Ribero was dead exactly ten years earlier.
